ISSUE OF PARKING STICKERS

Dear Residents/Flat Owners,

This is to inform you that Parking & Vehicle Management Policy as per House Rules 2016 is going to be strictly implemented w.e.f. 23rd May 2016 after which no vehicle whether 4 Wheeler or 2 wheeler without the Valid Parking sticker shall be allowed inside the complex.

Parking Stickers issued earlier shall no be valid from 23rd May, 2016 onwards.

Parking stickers will be issued w.e.f. 8th May, 2016 at PRWA Office in Club House, D block as per timings mentioned below:

Monday to Friday: 7 PM to 9 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM to 1PM & 6 PM to 8 PM

Residents are required to fill an Application form which is available at the Maintenance Office during working hours and also at the PRWA office during the timings mentioned above. This form can also be downloaded from PRWA website www.prwa.in.

Following documents MUST be enclosed along with this form:

  1. Copy of Parking allotment letter with Parking Number issued by Puri Constructions Private Ltd. duly self attested by the flat owner/POA holder. Please note that attestation by tenant/relative/or any other person shall not be acceptable.
  2. Registration Certificate of the Vehicle.
  3. In case of tenants, a valid copy of the rent agreement.
  4. One Photograph of tenant/owner of the flat to be affixed in the application form.


Residents are advised to get the parking stickers issued well before 23rd May 2016 to avoid any inconvenience.

Membership Drive

Dear Friends/Flat Owners,

As per Haryana Regulation and Registration of Societies Act, 2012, and the Rules made thereunder, it is mandatory on the part of the flat owners to become members of their respective RWAs. Last year 326 flat owners became members of the Pranayam Resident Welfare Association. There are more than 500 flat owners who have not become members.

I am enclosing forms of application for the flat owners to become members of PRWA as early as possible. Hard copies of the forms are also available at the Maintenance Office and the same can be had from the Estate Manager Shri Anupam Singh. Members are requested to fill in the forms and return the same alongwith the membership fee and annual fee, to the Estate Manager.

Those flat owners who became members last year, are also requested to pay their annual fee of Rs.1,000/- for the year 2016. Application form for the renewal of the membership is also enclosed. The hard copies for the same can also be had from the Estate Manager.

It may not be out of place to mention once again that it is mandatory to become members of the Association. Those who do not become members may not enjoy various rights accruing to the members, including right to vote etc.

Open General Meeting On 1st May

OPEN GENERAL MEETING OF THE RESIDENTS OF ‘THE PRANAYAM’


Dear Residents,

It is proposed to hold a meeting of the residents of 'The Pranayam' on Sunday, the 01st of May, 2016, at 11.30 a.m. at the Club (Second Floor) to discuss various issues and problems of the residents. It is open to all the residents.

Those who wish to participate in the discussions and wish to make presentations at the meeting, are requested to send their names along with the issues they want to raise in the meeting, by Thursday, the 28th Apri, 2016.
